Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of the agreement between you (the controller) and Evoiq MB, operating extriq (the processor), and governs the processing of personal data under GDPR Article 28 when you use the Service.

It covers the subject matter and duration of processing, processing only on documented instructions, confidentiality, technical and organizational security measures, use of sub-processors, assistance with data-subject requests, breach notification, international transfers (SCCs and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), and deletion or return of data on termination.
