extriq (operated by Evoiq MB) uses the third-party sub-processors below to deliver the Service. Your documents and account data are stored in the EU (Supabase, Ireland); some processing — primarily AI extraction, translation, and comparison — takes place at US-based sub-processors under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

AI processing

• Google (Gemini) — AI data extraction (document content) — United States — SCCs
• OpenAI — translation, Q&A chat, comparison, embeddings, language detection (document content) — United States — SCCs

Infrastructure

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage — EU (Ireland, eu-west-1) — no transfer
